Returns
My work is made to order, so we do not accept returns. All orders are carefully packaged to protect them during transit, and it is unlikely they will be damaged. In exceptional cases, products may be exchanged if damaged during shipping, provided this is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
